Refunds & Cancellations

Please read the following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by iikonz upskilling academy and iikonz Counseling Services.

For all the services and courses, no refund is possible at any situation.  

For online counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, she will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner. The payment you would do is for only 1 counseling session. If that session ends before 45 minutes, you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the 45 minutes slot is booked exclusively for you. You should be on time and report to the counselor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled. 

For online live courses/workshops via zoom , please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data with required daily usage data. If there is any problem from the participant’s internet connection/app/phone/laptop/PC/microphone, no refund will be provided. For safety, please have more than one source of internet. 

All the time video should be switched on. If the registered candidate is not appearing on the screen or the video is being recorded, the candidate’s registration will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Facilitator has the right to cancel the candidate’s registration at any point in time if he/she is not comfortable with the candidate. In that case, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. We believe facilitators have the right to choose his/her participants just like participants have the right to choose the facilitator.
